So creating a preset in a Mac program and using it in the Microsoft program may fix the issue! Sometimes creating a preset in a Microsoft program on a Mac computer may not communicate correctly. Once the preset has been created in TextEdit, you can go back into your Microsoft Word document and choose that preset. You should be able to create a preset for your custom paper size using a Mac program like TextEdit. I would be happy to provide some suggestions that should hopefully resolve the issue!
